Dean Wheeler

Dean brings over 33 years of commercial real estate loan servicing and debt asset management experience—including 32 years in senior operational leadership roles to Infinitum where he serves in a part-time capacity as Senior Manager, Business Development.

Throughout his career, Dean has held enterprise-level executive positions—including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer—at some of the industry’s most respected firms. His expertise spans client service delivery, high-volume cash operations, and strategic initiatives including technology system implementation, M&A integrations, and business process reengineering. Dean held senior executive roles in operations or technology for Mount Street (US), SitusAMC, Pillar Finance, Cohen Financial and PNC/Midland Loan Services.

As an independent consultant, Dean has also provided strategic advisory to top-tier global institutions. He helped Canada’s largest pension fund reorganize its in-house third-party servicing operation, elevated an international bank’s U.S. multifamily servicing operations, and provided an operations review and strategic options assessment for a Bahamas-based private lender.
