Kari Stewart

Kari brings over 24 years of expertise in commercial and residential mortgage servicing to Infinitum. She has led loan boarding and payoff teams, driven business development, and executed large-scale loan transfers. Kari has deep experience across the breadth of CRE loan servicing activities with deep specialization in interpreting loan documents and servicing contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, including Regulation AB.

Kari also brings technical expertise with CRE loan servicing system, having developed policies and procedures, designed training programs, and managed new hire onboarding for the Enterprise! Loan Servicing System.

She holds a B.A. in English with an emphasis in Literature from William Jewell College, enhancing her analytical and communication skills.
