Kim founded Infinitum (originally OP Compliance) in 2007 based on the belief that every commercial real estate servicer has the opportunity to be better.

Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry to Infinitum and has formed a team of leading experts to help servicers elevate their businesses, navigate the regulatory landscape, scale efficiently, and better serve their end customers through a comprehensive suite of advisory, outsourcing, and talent solutions.

Kim has participated in the design, implementation and operation of best-in-class risk management and compliance functions for dozens of clients of various sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Today, Kim and her team stand as the irrefutable expert and go-to-partner to CRE servicers, putting their experience to to work to break down clients’ most complex challenges into actionable components.

Prior to founding Infinitum, Kim worked for Cohen Financial, Deloitte & Touche LLP, Arthur Andersen and Kemper Insurance. She received a BBA magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago.
