Patty Delmonaco

Patty began her career in mortgage servicing, loan processing, underwriting and production. Using this industry knowledge she joined McCracken Financial and spent 15 years working in customer service, implementations, documentation, testing, UX design and technical sales. Patty was also the engagement manager for the Fannie Mae implementation which transformed the STRATEGY application beyond primary servicing to support a master servicer.

Patty has continued to work in the Fintech and Insurtech sectors managing application implementations like Oracle and Workday ERP applications. She has also assisted in building out successful Project Management Offices, creating Standard Operating Procedures and designing/documenting work process flows. One of Patty’s strengths is her ability to identify business needs, gather requirements, build high performing teams and deliver successful projects.

Patty holds a Masters in Program and Project Management from Brandeis University and a Bachelors from Ohio Wesleyan University with a major in English Literature and a minor in Economics. She is also a Project Manager Professional (PMP) and has been a member of the MassBay PMI Chapter’s Mentoring program for 8 years. Patty has been teaching since 2017 in Northeastern University’s graduate program for Project Management and Leadership.
