Sally Ingberg

Sally brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including loan servicing, asset management, capital markets, portfolio risk management, and operational transformation.

Her career includes senior roles within national commercial real estate owner/operator and leading mortgage banking and servicing platforms, giving her a distinctive perspective on the full lifecycle of CRE finance. Sally has deep expertise across agency, CMBS, balance sheet, and private credit lending environments, with specialization in servicing operations, asset management, financing strategy, portfolio analytics, process improvement, and organizational design.

At Infinitum, Sally advises real estate owners, operators, lenders, servicers, and nonprofit organizations on initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, strengthen processes and controls, support strategic growth, and enhance decision-making through data analysis and scenario planning. She is known for her ability to bridge strategic objectives with practical execution, helping organizations implement scalable solutions that drive long-term value.

Sally holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from John Carroll University.
