Steve Altman

Steve brings more than 30 years of financial industry experience, most recently serving as a Senior Director and lead analyst of S&P Global's North American Commercial Servicer Evaluation team. During his 10-year tenure with S&P Global, Steve was responsible for analyzing and maintaining relationships with nearly 50 commercial loan servicers. Previous to S&P Global, Steve was a Partner and Director of Special Servicing for Torchlight Investors, where he had an 11-year tenure. Steve's background at a major rating agency, accompanied with his special servicing expertise, provides Infinitum servicing clients with a unique background to consult on rating agency preparedness.

Steve also has a deep background in corporate credit analysis, working on the buy side (MetLife), sell side (Commerzbank Securities) and with a major credit rating agency (Fitch). Steve holds MBA and BBA degrees from the University of MIchigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and obtained his CPA credentials.
