Typhani Phillips

Typhani brings more than 15+ years of expertise in 3rd party CRE loan servicing and portfolio/asset management to Infinitum, where she operates as an independent consultant. She has deep experience across critical functions of commercial servicing including loan administration, investor reporting, cash management, portfolio/asset management, and servicing system implementation and optimization.

Throughout her career, Typhani has spearheaded a variety of projects including ongoing process analysis as well as operational efficiency, reliability, and client enhancement initiatives for both primary and special servicing platforms. She is a frequent moderator and participant on industry panels, including the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and has served as a trainer in her areas of expertise. Prior to establishing herself as an independent consultant, Typhani was a key member of the senior leadership team at SitusAMC, the second largest Loan Servicer of privately held CRE Debt as ranked by the MBA as of May 2022, where she managed the day-to-day operations for approximately $162 Billion in unpaid principal balance, representing more than 7,500 loans.

Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Typhani worked in the E-Commerce industry within the energy sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
