Vince brings over 30 years of commercial real estate loan servicing, audit and finance experience with the last 20 years in senior finance and executive roles. Vince held the Chief Financial Officer role at public and privately owned industry leading firms which included oversight and involvement in core
financial operations, MSR bidding and impairment valuations, and transaction and integration activities, audit / compliance and risk management.
Separately, as an independent consultant, Vince assisted a client with acquisition valuation support for a commercial loan servicing operation.
Vince is a CPA with an undergraduate degree from Missouri Southern State University and a finance MBA from Rockhurst University.
